First, they tackled the tile and grout in my kitchen, and I was impressed. The floor looked almost brand new, a vast improvement from its previous dingy state. I moved on to the upholstery cleaning, where they did a decent job, though a few stubborn stains didn’t completely disappear.
The real test came with the pet odors and stains. EC Carpet Cleaning Services used some specialized treatments, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The lingering pet smells were significantly reduced, and most of the stains were gone.
To finish the job, they applied a carpet protector, which seemed to do its job well. The carpet stayed cleaner for longer than usual.
While EC Carpet Cleaning Services did a commendable job, there were a few areas where they fell short. Some stains remained, and the upholstery cleaning could have been more thorough. However, for the price I paid, it was a satisfactory experience.
In the end, EC Carpet Cleaning Services earned their 7/10 reputation in my book. They’re a decent choice for basic cleaning needs, and I’d consider using them again when the carpets need a refresh.
